Please understand that Magnolia Pediatric Dentistry does not over book our schedule to cover for patients cancelling at the last minute. We reserve your appointment time specifically for you, and we understand unanticipated events happen. However, if you no-show or cancel short notice, that is a lost opportunity to another patient who could have taken that time to be seen by our office.
When cancelling or rescheduling any appointment, it is required to give at least TWO full business days’ notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us two full business days’ notice, we will collect a $50 deposit/appointment in order to reschedule or make new appointments for your family. The deposit will go towards the fees incurred at the appointment, but will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule the new appointment with less than two full business days’ notice. For operative procedures (fillings , extractions, etc.), we will collect the full anticipated fee for the appointment in advance in order to reschedule.
We strive to provide the best care for everyone. The purpose of this policy is to allow us to do that. Thank you for understanding.
